How long will my Corkcicle keep my drinks cold or hot?
Performance varies by product line. Our Canteens typically keep beverages cold for 25 hours or hot for 12, while our insulated Tumblers keep drinks cold for 9 hours or hot for 3. All products feature our signature triple-insulation for maximum temperature retention.
Are Corkcicle products dishwasher safe?
Most of our standard stainless steel drinkware is top-rack dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing items with special finishes like Glaze, Sparkle, or Walnut to preserve their aesthetic integrity over time.
What is your return policy for home and barware items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from our website. Products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. This covers issues like loss of insulation or hardware failure, but does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
