We want you to love your Corkcicle products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unused Corkcicle products in their original box and attach the printed shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
